I understand that renting an apartment in this area can feel overwhelming, especially with how quickly desirable units can be leased.
Before we move forward, I'd like to briefly explain how our rental process works so you know exactly what to expect.
Step One
Rental Application
For the properties we represent, all prospective applicants are required to complete a short rental application (application fee required) before a tour is scheduled. This allows us to verify basic eligibility, pre-screen applicants, and prioritize viewing appointments for renters who are ready to move forward.
The application includes a standard screening process, and any applicable application fee will be clearly disclosed before you proceed.
Please be assured that your personal information and any payments are handled through a secure, documented, and traceable process. Our goal is to keep the rental process transparent, organized, and efficient for both applicants and property management.
Application & Processing Fee
$200
This fee covers:
- Credit and background screening
- Application review and documentation verification
- Pre-qualification review with the property management team
- Administrative processing and scheduling coordination
Step Two
After Submission
Once your application is completed and the payment is processed, your file will be officially registered and reviewed to confirm your eligibility for the next stage of the rental process.
Important Note ‼️
If the first apartment does not meet your expectations, you will have the opportunity to review up to five (5) additional available listings that match your preferences without having to restart the application process.
If none of the available options are a suitable match, your payment will be refunded according to the stated refund policy.
